Work Community Wellbeing
A good work community day should be more than a pleasant memory. It can help people pause, recover and find practical ways to make everyday work run more smoothly.
I design coaching sessions, workshops and work community days based on your organisation's situation and goals. The content can combine recovery coaching that takes the nervous system into account, communication, understanding differences and strengthening the work community's resources.
The goal is that participants leave with something they can also use the next working day.

Wellbeing that supports everyday work
I do not build work community days from disconnected exercises or ready-made packages. I first clarify what is putting pressure on the work community, what needs to be strengthened and what should be different after the day.
I combine business and working life understanding with recovery and change tools that take the nervous system into account. My way of working is participatory, respectful and practical.
One day cannot solve everything. It should, however, increase understanding, provide useful tools and lead to concrete changes in everyday work.
