When a key role is vacant, change needs a responsible driver or an important development project is not moving forward, I can step in for a fixed period, on a part-time basis or for a clearly defined project.
I do not just advise from the sidelines. I take ownership of the agreed scope, clarify the goals and move the work into practice together with leadership, HR and the wider organisation.
I work through my own company and can support your organisation flexibly, for example in 3–12 month interim roles, with an agreed part-time contribution or in focused development projects.

Fixed-term responsibility: interim
I step in for an agreed period to take care of an open or changing area of responsibility. At the same time, we can build the operating model and prepare the scope for the next permanent owner.
Part-time responsibility: fractional
I bring experienced leadership or specialist support to your organisation on a regular basis without the need for a full-time hire. The scope, time commitment and responsibilities are agreed based on your needs.
Focused development or change project
I take ownership of a clearly defined project, such as competence mapping, practical steps in international growth, communication renewal or a people-related change initiative.
