Internationality is both my superpower and an everyday reality for me. I have spent a large part of my career working in multicultural environments and in foreign languages. From experience, I know both the challenges and the strengths that Finns have when working on international stages. It genuinely bothers me that in marketing we so often fail to properly highlight how good we actually are at what we do!
