As an interim I combine strategic thinking with very hands-on execution. Whether the focus is People & Culture, International Growth, Strategy Implementation or Communication and Employer Branding, my goal is always the same: to keep your key initiatives moving, support your people and leave behind clear structures that your team can continue to use after the assignment.

I am available as an interim leader through my own company for periods of roughly 3–12 months, depending on your organisation's needs. You get an experienced doer and sparring partner without a heavy recruitment process. I handle all legal and practical obligations as an entrepreneur.

Clear communication and smart use of AI make life easier for both leadership and employees. I develop organisational communication and the everyday use of AI, for example as a tool for HR, management, sales and communications, ensuring that its use is ethical, effective and easy to understand.
